MyCUHealth Portal 

Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled in the MyCUHealth Portal. All cancellations must be made by 5 p.m. the business day before your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $30 charge for individual appointments. Beginning July 1, 2026, missed appointments will result in a $45 charge.

Individual Acupuncture

  • An excellent choice for personalized care and addressing your health needs.
  • Involves a one-on-one appointment and treats acupressure points along the body.
  • Restores the body’s natural ability to reset and heal imbalances.

Length of session: 60 minutes

What to Expect

  • An acupuncturist will review your medical history and discuss your specific health concerns.
  • Individual treatment plans will be created to restore balance.
  • During treatments, you will lay down with needles placed for 30 minutes.
  • With the needles placed, you can relax laying down for the entire treatment.

How to Prepare

  • Make sure you have eaten and had enough water prior to treatment.

  
Group Acupuncture/Acudetox

  • Convenient choice for self-care and stress reduction.
  • Participants are treated in a quiet group setting in a large room with chairs. Treatment utilizes five specific points along the ear beneficial in reducing stress, anxiety, depression, pain and improving sleep and mental focus.

Length of session: Group sessions last 30-40 minutes
Dates: Jan. 14, 28; Feb. 11, 25; March 11, 25; April 8, 22
Time: 12:30-2 p.m.
Price: Free! Spaces are first-come, first-served. Space is limited.


What to Expect

  • Involves treatment focused around the ear, using acupuncture (tiny, fine needles) or if you prefer, acupressure treatment (small adhesive seeds).
  • Treatment is done sitting in a chair with others receiving the same treatment.
  • Focus of this treatment is on reducing stress, anxiety, burnout and addiction.

How to Prepare

  • Make sure you have eaten and had enough water prior to treatment.
  • Please turn off your cell phone and use the bathroom before the treatment.
  • Please do not talk during the group treatment; we want to create a quiet and healing space for all.

 
Acupuncture and Mindfulness Workshops 

Looking for a wellness reset for your team to help combat stress? We offer a blended workshop teaching effective mindfulness meditation practices followed by a group acupressure/acupuncture clinic.

  • Focus of the workshop is to improve emotional and physical wellbeing. 
  • Length of workshops customizable for your group.
  • Workshops dates are available throughout the fall and spring semesters as well as summer.
