The Inclusion and Belonging Action Group (IBA) provides strategic guidance and transparency for intercultural humility and cultivates an inclusive and equitable environment. The action group works closely with a Senior Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultant to ensure alignment of our action plan and impact assessment with the university’s overall five common DEI goals.
