Brief Summary of Professional History: I have professionally counseled individuals, groups, and families since 2013; I have worked with clients ranging from school-aged to adults in a variety of settings, including community mental health, school-based counseling, college counseling, and private practice. My professional interests include speaking at conferences and workshops, addressing women’s issues and personal empowerment, and reducing mental health stigma amongst marginalized groups. My passion is to assist individuals in the process of navigating life's challenges and transitions to develop a deeper sense of self and healing.

Brief Personal Information: I am an Ohio native and have recently taken on the adventure of relocating to Colorado to explore the beauty it has to offer. In the year of 2020 I have learned the importance of embracing life to fullest, and the notion that being brave enough to take risks to try new things may open up a world of adventurous, meaningful possibilities. Outside of FSAP, I enjoy "dating my city," trying new restaurants, new places, engaging in empowerment groups and connecting with community.
