New I&R Ticketing Live as of June 1st

Our new ticketing system is officially live!

Quick reminders for Day 1:

Please submit new tickets using the following email address: irit@colorado.edu
You will receive ticket updates and notifications from the new system
You may notice a few minor adjustments as we monitor and stabilize the system today.

If something doesn’t look right, please submit a ticket so we can track it.
