Juneteenth holiday – June 19

Juneteenth will be observed on Thursday, June 19.

• If you're taking the holiday and usually track time in AiM, enter 8 hours using the leave code HLDY.
• If you're working or on-call that day, talk to your supervisor to make sure your time is tracked correctly.
• If you're on a 4/10 schedule, swing shift, or night shift, check with your supervisor about your hours and holiday time.
• If you are taking the holiday and usually track time off in MyLeave: Holiday leave will automatically be entered for you in the MyLeave system. You don’t need to do anything more.
