Mark, originally from Briarcliff Manor, NY, obntained his PhD in Summer 2022. He holds a BSc. in Aerospace Engineering and a BSc. in Astronomy from the University of Maryland, and was supported by the NASA Space Technology Research Fellowship that he was awarded in 2018. During his PhD, Mark studied the highly perturbed orbital environment at active comets with applications to mission planning, operations, and science.
