Biophysical Characterization

A detailed biophysical characterization of the target protein, DNA, RNA  or complex and strict quality control are key requirements in the quest to improving crystallization and reproducibility. The Department of Biochemistry has an extensive pool of shared instruments  helpful to accomplish both.
