Looking to connect with Advising and Coaching?

Are you a prospective or admitted student? Learn more about PES and how to connect with advising.

Are you an incoming student? Learn more about how to connect with advising and preparing to register for classes.

Current CU Boulder PES students can continue to schedule appointments with your academic advisor through Buff Portal Advising. If you schedule a virtual appointment, your Zoom meeting link will be in the confirmation email you receive.

Drop-in advising
Drop-in advising is available in-person and online. Drop-ins will be offered Aug. 15-26 (excluding Aug. 19), Monday-Friday from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. MT.

  • Attending in-person: Visit the University Exploration and Advising Center (UEAC) in CASE, east building, second floor. When you arrive be sure to check-in at the kiosk next to the front desk.
  • Attending virtually: To join drop-in advising you will need to check-in via Buff Portal Advising. Once you have checked in you will see a pop-up confirmation message directing you to the PES Drop-In Zoom waiting room. An advisor will admit you from the Zoom waiting room once they are available to meet with you. Need help checking in?

Academic Coaches support students’ academic success through personalized skill-building and resource development. Coaches offer many resources to students including time management skills, study tips, and ways to reorganize to succeed in college.
