Join CU Boulder’s WorkWell program in supporting the Buffalo Bicycle Classic. Ride for wellness, community and a great cause!

The Elevations Credit Union Buffalo Bicycle Classic is holding a bike ride on Sunday, Sept. 7, 2025, to support the College of Arts & Sciences BBC Scholarship Fund. Participants can select from seven road routes and two gravel routes. each of varying lengths and elevations so that riders of all abilities can participate. All participants receive a commemorative T-shirt, cycling water bottle, finisher’s meal and (for the 21-and-older) beer from Left Hand Brewery (remember your IDs!). Aid stations are stocked with tasty food, water and electrolyte drinks, and every route is fully supported with mechanics and “support and gear” vehicles ready to lend a hand. Approximately 1,200 participants are expected to come out and ride.

Ride discounts for the CU Boulder WorkWell community!

CU Boulder staff participating in the WorkWell program can use the code WORKWELL for $20 off registration, good for any of the individual routes, or for the family-friendly “Little Buff” family registration (for families with 4-6 riders).

For teams of 10 or more riders, there is an additional $15 off per rider. We are going to set up a Team WorkWell!   When you sign up as an individual rider (for any of the 9 routes) be sure you select ‘yes’ to the question that says “do you want to join a team”.  The team name is “WorkWell.”  The $15 refund will be credited back automatically to all team members once the tenth person registers for our WorkWell team.

If you'd like to support the ride without hopping on a bike, there are plenty of other ways to get involved! Workwell is sponsoring the Neva aid station from 7am - 10am on Sunday 9/7/25. We need 6-8 volunteers to help us out. Sign up here for an open volunteer position.
