This is an opportunity for Provost Russ Moore to share his academic priorities and for us to engage in a discussion about the activities of the Division of Academic Affairs at CU Boulder.

The College of Engineering and Applied Science is co-sponsoring a Plenary Session & Community Luncheon on Oct. 14 (registration required) and the “Land Back, Language Back” workshops and panel discussions on Oct. 16. We invite all faculty and staff to attend and learn about issues and priorities that matter to regional, national and international Native and Indigenous communities.

Research & Innovation Week will feature a robotics showcase, ATLAS and engineering lab tours and much more! The event is designed to build a sense of community, create opportunities for collaboration and recognize exceptional leadership and outcomes across campus.

Deadline for nominations is Oct. 21
Graduating undergraduate student award nominations are now being accepted for students graduating with their bachelor’s degree in December 2024! The nomination form is open for our seven award categories. The complete set of criteria associated with each award must be fully addressed by nominators, so please gather that information in advance. Winners will be notified by mid-November and will be honored at the December Engineering Graduation Ceremony.

Faculty members, postdocs and doctoral students who want to share their scholarly research and expertise with a broader audience are invited to join an upcoming information session with a visiting editor from The Conversation, a well-regarded nonprofit and independent news organization. Sessions will be available in the DLC, JSCBB and UMC.
