Katie graduated from University of Colorado and began her career here 8 years ago. In Katie’s current position, she helps manage all of the research funding for the ECEE department. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, playing softball, gaming with her husband, playing with their 2 dogs, and anything relating to Star Trek.
Inclusive culture is important to me because creating a sense of belonging, where people feel empowered to be and share themselves, will have such a positive impact for people’s experience at CU. I’d like to be a part of creating that culture and experience for everyone.
