Engineering Staff Feedback Form

Engineering Staff Council welcomes any and all feedback from CU Enegineering staff members. 

Complete this form anonymously or provide your name and contact information (especially if you would like a council representative to contact you.) The Staff Council chair, vice chair and a member of the communications committee review submissions then share with the full Staff Council as appropriate to address the feedback.

If you prefer to provide feedback to college leadership, you may also use the anonymous feedback form, which is reviewed by the dean's senior staff.
