ProReady is now the Engineering Career Hub

The ProReady brand has been retired — we are now the Engineering Career Hub

With a new academic year comes exciting changes in career and professional development for the CU Engineering community.

The new Engineering Career Hub brand more accurately reflects our engineering-specific services to college students, employer partners and faculty/staff. We recently added new career advising and employer relations staff and welcomed the addition of the Kiewit Design-Build Scholars Program. Meanwhile, the college returned the study abroad function back to campus Education Abroad. Our excellent undergraduate research programs remain the same.

Though we have reorganized — and will continue to build — an engineering-specific team, the Engineering Career Hub will continue our long-standing partnerships with units across campus, including Career Services, Education Abroad and more.

We will also continue to rely on strong collaborative partnerships with you, our CU Engineering faculty and staff. This academic year, we will build upon these partnerships to establish new student resources, employer engagement strategies, and a sustainable funding model for Engineering Career Hub programs and staffing.

Below, you can read about Engineering Career Hub services and events for fall 2025. Students will receive an email announcement on Thursday, Sept. 18, with similar information. Finally, save the date for the Engineering Career Hub Open House on Thursday, Oct. 9, from 3-5 p.m. in ECNW 150 (details to follow).

On behalf of the Engineering Career Hub team, we look forward to partnering with you to ensure all CEAS students are professionally ready for meaningful, impactful careers. Please contact me directly with questions and ideas for collaboration.

Regards,

Ben Weihrauch, Ed.D., GCDF
Senior Director of Student Professional Development
