During the 2022-23 academic year, Dean Keith Molenaar invited faculty and staff to come together in a collaborative process to shape a shared strategic vision for the college community. Set in the context of our changing world, this process explored who we want to become in the areas of research and innovation, education and inclusion in the coming years.
