Due to the proximity to Boulder Creek and the structural integrity of Faculty Court, all Faculty Court residents, regardless of their floor level should evacuate to Athens North.
Athens North AN
Grade floor is not susceptible to any substantial amount of flood water from a 100 or 500-yr event although water will surround the building.
College Inn Conference CI
Debris impact poses a high risk to this building. Stay clear of external walls, windows and doors especially on the west side of the building. The first floor will experience flooding due to a 100-yr or 500-yr event. On the first floor, flood waters can be expected to reach a height of approximately 1.5 feet during the 100-year flood and 2 feet during the 500-year flood. Proceed to the fourth floor until water recedes.
