We ask that posters be left up until the event ends at 7:00pm.

Reasonable requests for tables or extra space to accommodate models, equipment, and other materials should be made at the time of your poster abstract submission in the 'special requests' box on the Poster Abstract Submission Form. All requests are subject to approval and if your request is approved you will be notified.
The 3:00 to 5:00 pm portion of the Symposium ("STEM Education Showcase") will be divided into two poster sections. Section "A" will be 3:15-4:00 pm and Section "B" will be 4:00 - 4:45 pm. Each poster will be assigned to a section and the presenter will be informed of their section at the time of check in. Presenters are asked to stand by their poster during their section time slot to be available to discuss their program/research with attendees. Presenters are invited to stand by their poster during BOTH sections, but are only required to be available during their assigned section of the showcase. Please indicate on the poster submission form if you have a section preference and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
