Travel expenses on sponsored projects

With the start of the fall semester, we anticipate an increase in sponsored research travel. To help you plan, we have compiled some useful information and links.

​Please remember that for international travel, flights need to be in compliance with the Fly America Act though there are exceptions for Open Skies Agreements. However, if a City Pair Agreement is in place this will nullify the Open Skies Agreement exception. The Fly America Act Decision Guide is a great resource to help when making those decisions.
