Hilary joined the CUCS team in 2018 and brings 15 years of collegiate conferencing experience to the team. Hilary earned her bachelor’s degree in Art and Art History from Augustana College in 2008 and her master’s degree in Business Administration and Hospitality from Johnson & Wales University in 2018. When she joined the team, Hilary coordinated conference events and oversaw student development. In her current position, Hilary is responsible for coordinating, managing and implementing all aspects of the CU Conference Services summer conference housing operation. Professionally, Hilary is driven by connections to her coworkers, campus partners and guests as well as the satisfaction when the details come together. She is passionate Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work, both in and out of the office. In her spare time, Hilary loves to craft, read and dream about her next big travel adventure. Hilary earned the Collegiate Conference and Events Professional Certification by the Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors-International (ACCED-I) in March, 2024.
