What's New

Since early concept discussions, CU Boulder and the design team have incorporated changes based on community input, including:

  • More green space, a privacy wall, and a landscaped buffer
  • Reduced scale compared to earlier iterations
  • Retention of mature trees
  • Limited vehicle access and no circulation along northern site boundary 

Project Schedule

  • Design and documentation process with regular neighborhood updates: Spring/Summer 2026
  • Construction anticipated to begin: Fall 2026
  • Student move-in anticipated: Fall 2028
