Nestled in between Folsom and 28th Street in Boulder, the new Colorado Avenue student housing community is designed to bolster the success rates of its students through improved housing solutions on-campus, and also meet CU Boulder’s energy and sustainability goals.

The Colorado Avenue student housing is being designed as a residential community with thoughtful transitions to the surrounding neighborhoods.
- 4.5-acre site for new residential community
- Approx. 450 units in a mix of suite-style and apartment-style housing
- Housing for approximately 1,650 students
- 3–4 floors on the neighborhood-facing side
- 7–8 floors along Colorado Avenue
- Setbacks, a privacy wall, and landscaped buffers between the project and nearby homes
- No balconies
- Limited vehicle access and no circulation along northern site boundary
