Jack received B.A. degrees in Biophysical Science and Policy Studies from Syracuse University. Originally rostered in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, Jack transitioned to the Department of Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology in the spring. Jack completed his first lab rotation in Dr. Leslie Leinwand's lab in the Department of Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology. He completed his second lab rotation in Dr. Joel Kaar's lab in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering. Jack completed his third lab rotation in Dr. Chris Gignoux's lab at CU Anschutz Medical Campus. For his team rotation, Jack worked with three other IQ Biology students on 'Team Termite' and Dr. Doak and Dr. Peleg were their advisors. Jack joined the Leinwand lab in May 2020.
