Nick Wang fully enjoys promoting cultural and educational exchanges between Asia and the US. Nick founded Real China, now Real Asia, in 2005. The company specializes in organizing faculty-led study trips for US schools to Asia (mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and UAE), as well as Asian communities in North America (New York, Vancouver and San Francisco). Over the last a few years, Nick and his team have helped set up many K-12, college and MBA level study trips for schools such as Colorado, Northern Colorado, Stanford, Columbia, Dartmouth, UPenn, Harvard, UCLA, Emory etc. The trips focus on language immersion, cultural learning via engagement, global business and social development. Real Asia has also been working on developing Mandarin language curriculums in a travel format for K-12 schools. Nick was originally from Beijing, a resident of Boulder, CO from 1994 to 2022 and is now living in Irvine, CA. He graduated from University of Colorado at Boulder with a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics
