Sakura Foundation is pleased to continue its partnership with Go For Broke National Education Center by offering the National Torchbearer Program to Denver area participants!  If you’re age 21 to 39 and are passionate about meaningful dialogue, civic engagement, and building authentic cross-cultural connections, the National Torchbearer Program is your space to grow, challenge yourself, and make a lasting impact.

 
Rooted in the enduring legacy of the Go For Broke spirit, Torchbearers provides the space to:
  • Listento and learn from diverse lived experiences
  • Empathize across differences
  • Engage constructively around today’s social issues and dynamics
  • Build lifelong connections with peers who are committed to equity and community
