Dr. Min Jeonghun

Professor of American Studies

The Korea National Diplomatic Academy

Dr. Min Jeonghun is a Professor in the Department of American Studies at the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA).  He is interested in the US-China strategic competition, ROK-US relations, North Korea-US relations, and American Politics. Before joining the KNDA, he taught Political Science and International Relations at Northeastern State University in Oklahoma, US. After joining the KNDA, he has published policy papers on the diplomatic and security situations on the Korean Peninsula and East Asia and articles in academic journals. He is a policy adviser to the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Unification of the Republic of Korea. Dr. MIN received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
