Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) Fellowships
FLAS fellowships administered by the Center for Asian Studies (CAS) are awarded competitively to students studying modern Asian languages. CAS is offering summer and academic year fellowships to CU-Boulder graduate and professional school students beginning in summer 2023 and academic year 2023-24.

Edward G. Seidensticker Japan Summer Research Grant
The Center for Asian Studies will offer several grants of up to a maximum of $1200 each to help fund graduate-level research on Japan, Japanese language study in a formal program, or a combination of research and language study during Summer 2023.
