Dr. C Gladwin Joseph, Senior Fellow and former Director of the Ashoka Trust for Research in Ecology and the Environment (ATREE), will hold a group talk, "Community-Based Conservation in Globalizing India." This informal presentation will provide an overview of India's current conservation and livelihood issues. Dr. Joseph will show illustrations of ATREE's work in the field and its ongoing interdisciplinary framework in graduate research and education.
