Katie Schrock

Katie is a career advisor excited to work with any students seeking a sounding board and guidance in their academic and career journey. She is passionate about career exploration and walking alongside others to identify how to connect interests, strengths, and opportunities to a thriving, successful, and satisfying life. She is currently working on her master's degree in counseling and career development at Colorado State University, joining Career Services for the 2024-2025 academic year. Katie received her bachelor's degree in marketing and Spanish from Butler University. Her work experience prior to counseling and career development includes tech startups and corporate environments within cybersecurity and marketing software applications. She also has experience in the industries of travel/tourism and non-profit. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her toddler and partner hiking, cycling, and being outdoors.
