Career and Internship Fairs
Renowned for our talented student body, we are excited to connect top employers with exceptional CU Boulder students through our upcoming career fairs. This is your opportunity to engage with motivated students across various disciplines.
Employer registration for all fall 2026 and spring 2027 Career Services career fairs will open on Monday, July 6 at 6 a.m. MDT.
For-Profit Employers
For-Profit Premium Level Location - $620
Includes four reps, four parking passes, four lunch tickets, one 6'x30" table, 2 chairs and premium-level location in the Glenn Miller Ballroom. Black tablecloth available upon request.
For-Profit Mid-level Location - $570
Includes two reps, two parking passes, two lunch tickets, one 6'x30" table and 2 chairs in the Glenn Miller Ballroom. Black tablecloth available upon request. You can add up to 2 additional reps for $45 each.
For-Profit Basic Level Location - $520
Includes two reps, two parking passes, two lunch tickets, one 6'x30" table and 2 chairs in UMC 235 (a room adjacent to the Glenn Miller Ballroom). Black tablecloth available upon request. You can add up to 1 additional rep for $45.
Non-Profit or Government Employers
Non-Profit Premium Level Location - $345
Includes four reps, four parking passes, four lunch tickets, one 6'x30" table, 2 chairs and premium-level location in the Glenn Miller Ballroom. Black tablecloth available upon request.
Non-Profit Mid-Level Location - $320
Includes two reps, two parking passes, two lunch tickets, one 6'x30" table and 2 chairs in the Glenn Miller Ballroom. Black tablecloth available upon request. You can add up to 2 additional reps for $30 each.
Non-Profit Basic Level Location - $270
Includes two reps, two parking passes, two lunch tickets, one 6'x30" table and 2 chairs in UMC 235 (a room adjacent to the Glenn Miller Ballroom). Black tablecloth available upon request. You can add up to 1 additional rep for $30.
Elevated Levels
Platinum Level - $5,000
Includes up to 10 representatives, parking passes, lunch, two 6'x30" tables, 6 chairs and a premium location in the Glenn Miller Ballroom with access to power. Marketing benefits include your company’s/organization’s logo on the student guide and in Handshake emails to students. This level also includes a dedicated concierge to assist you during the event. Gold Level - $3,000
Includes up to 8 representatives, parking passes, lunch, two 6'x30" tables, 4 chairs and a premium location in the Glenn Miller Ballroom with access to power. Marketing benefits include your company’s/organization’s logo on the student guide and in Handshake emails to students. This level also includes a dedicated concierge to assist you during the event. Silver Level - $1,300
Includes up to 6 representatives, parking passes, lunch, one 6'x30" table, 4 chairs and a premium location in the Glenn Miller Ballroom with access to power. Marketing benefits include your company’s/organization’s logo on the student guide and in Handshake emails to students. This level also includes a dedicated concierge to assist you during the event. It also includes access to the All-Industries Virtual Career & Internship Fair on Oct. 22. Please contact careerservicesevents@colorado.edu to confirm your virtual fair registration.
Bronze Level - $650
Includes up to 4 representatives, parking passes, lunch, one 6'x30" table, 4 chairs and a premium location in UMC 235 (a room adjacent to the Glenn Miller Ballroom) with access to power. Marketing benefits include your company’s/organization’s logo on the student guide and in Handshake emails to students. This level also includes a dedicated concierge to assist you during the event.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 45 days before the event date to receive a full refund minus a processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the event.
All cancellation requests should be sent to careerservicesevents@colorado.edu. If you cancel within 45 days of the event, please still notify us so we have time to inform students of your absence.
