Meeting Minutes are more detailed than the Meeting Summary and contain more information about each agenda item and the related discussion. Website links, handouts, and any additional documents will be included in the email to Assembly members. BFA Representatives will have five business days to review the minutes and request edits or send approval. After the date specified in the email, the meeting minutes will be deemed final and uploaded on this page along with meeting attendance. Meeting documents will remain in the Assembly Google folder. General Assembly meeting minutes are emailed to BFA Representatives, liaisons, and guests by the 25th of each month unless otherwise noted. Please note that a more detailed Meeting Summary will be used for the December and May meetings in lieu of meeting minutes. Please contact the BFA office for any questions.
