Rachel Powers received a BA in linguistics from the University of Washington. During her time in the ATLAS MS ICTD program she was focused on how to leverage technology for health and telecommunication policy issues in the developing world. Rachel is digital health consultant at KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation in the Hague Area, Netherlands.
