MS, TMS—Information and Communication Technology for Development
Before attending CU Boulder, Ole Bjelland graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with a BA in politics and business management. Currently Ole is studying for a master's degree in Information and Communication Technology for Development, with a special focus on how to leverage technology to provide education opportunities in marginalized developing country contexts. He is designing lesson plans for MakerSpace education models that focus on encouraging empowerment and agency through vocational training in refugee communities. Beyond his research, Ole has a passion for outdoor activities in all seasons ranging from skiing to hiking to hammocking!
