Lauren Kemperman

Lauren Kemperman is was a Social Impact graduate student in the Creative Technologies and Design program. She is passionate about identifying opportunities to use technology to connect underserved communities to resources. She has done so in the contexts of healthcare, genomics, and now civic technology at Code for America - where she is working towards closing gaps in access to public benefits such as food and cash assistance through building accessible, human-centered technologies. She was excited to explore more around the research, policy and design aspects of technology while at Atlas.
