Kevin McElhinney received a BS in management information systems from the University of Dayton. During his time in the ATLAS MS ICTD program he focused on software development for ICTD. For his ICTD practicum experience he worked in Haiti on a solar energy remote monitoring system. He is now director of engineering at CirrusMD Inc.
