  • Game Development

Jonas Wills grew up in Boulder and has been making games for more than twenty years. He co-founded a small studio with friends during the early days of mobile gaming, bootstrapping products from prototype to live service. Across original IP and multi-year updates, his titles reached millions of players and logged billions of sessions. His practice blends the fields of systems design, economics, psychology, community, and emerging technology, with a clear goal: to make play feel fair, meaningful, and joyful.

Jonas thrives on small, cross-functional teams and enjoys roles that combine hands-on design with product strategy and mentorship. His toolset includes rapid prototyping, data-informed iteration, player research, and accessible pipelines that help teams deliver reliably. He believes the best games invite curiosity, kindness, and collaboration, and he measures success by the memories players carry long after a session ends. Beyond games, he is a lifelong learner and enjoys volunteering at the Longmont Humane Society.
