Hawra Rabaan received her BS in Information Technology from Jamiat Al-Malik Saud. During her time in the ATLAS MS ICTD program she focused on leveraging technology for gender in developing communities. After graduation she continued her studies, joining the PhD program at Indiana University - Purdue.
