Emily Long graduated from Colorado College with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in music and English. After serving two years in the Peace Corps in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand, Emily moved to Telluride, Colorado, to learn how to ski. Concurrent to her ski training, she worked as the program director for Telluride Mountainfilm, where she was responsible for creating the Moving Mountains Symposium on Wilderness in 2014. Currently, and in addition to her graduate work at ATLAS in ICTD, she consults for several cleantech nonprofits, and is the proud mother of daughters Eliana and Raina.
