Courtney Loveman
Industry Mentor • VP, Chief Strategy Officer at Noun (CP+B Brand Invention)

Courtney is a partner in Crispin Porter + Bogusky’s Product/Brand Invention group, working to develop agency-owned brands and creative equity partnerships in verticals as diverse as apparel, spirits and B2B technology. Her group focuses on categories in need of disruption, where branding and marketing bring high value, and where design and innovation can be real difference makers. A nonconformist of the highest degree, Courtney has the rare combination of an MBA and an MFA, fluent in both business and design with vast experience in start-up, high-growth, and large corporate environments. Prior to joining CPB, she created new products for L’oreal, designed clothing for Ralph Lauren, led marketing and creative at Seventh Generation, and designed, built and sold her own line of children’s clothing. On nights and weekends, she is also currently working with her husband to build the city's first shipping container home. She occasionally gets confused about whether her life is better defined as a labor of love or a love of labor.
