The ATLAS Institute seeks curious, unconventional, polymath faculty members to participate in a new ATLAS Institute Faculty Affiliates program. Committed to interdisciplinary collaboration, the program launched in 2018 with the goals of facilitating creative and otherwise unlikely collaborations across the CU Boulder campus, and to welcome new researchers and original thinkers to the ATLAS community. We invite applications from all quarters of the University of Colorado Boulder, at all ranks of the faculty, including previous ATLAS Faculty Fellows.

We are committed to making the ATLAS Faculty Affiliates program an active community.  The new Affiliates program is structured flexibly, and we recognize that affiliate’s needs and abilities will vary widely. Therefore, we ask applicants to the ATLAS Faculty Affiliates program to specify how they might participate, and to detail what resources ATLAS could offer in return.

The program offers one-year terms, with annual renewals contingent on the success of the partnership.

  • Nominate ATLAS Speaker Series presenters and other visitors to the institute (support provided).
