While the University of Colorado Boulder is the host institution for Detachment 105, you do not have to be a CU Boulder student to be a cadet! Detachment 105 maintains "crosstown agreements" with many of the universities along the front range, allowing their students to be cadets at the Home of the Thunderchiefs. This means you can be a student at, say, UCCS in Colorado Springs, but still take ROTC classes and attend LLAB each week at CU Boulder. To be a "crosstown" cadet, you'll enroll in ROTC classes at CU Boulder and will travel to Detachment 105 for those classes and LLAB each week. We offer the opportunity to be a "crosstown" cadet at 9 different institutions in Colorado.
