This past Sunday, March 23rd, two 5-man teams from the CU-Boulder Army ROTC unit finished first and second in the Bataan Memorial Death March in New Mexico.
Cadet Tyson Hutton was recently recognized as a Distinguished Honor Graduate at the 2013 Leader Development and Assessment Course (LDAC). One of eight cadets honored for individual accomplishments, Hutton was recognized as the Distinguished Honor Graduate for Alpha Company, 2nd Regiment.
The University of Colorado Boulder’s ROTC program has won one of eight MacArthur Awards in the nation for the unit’s achievements in the 2011-12 school year.
