Appointment Info

Schedule an Appointment:
Students with Gold Insurance or Campus Care: A referral is needed from a medical provider in order to start nutrition counseling with the dietitian. You can get a referral by scheduling an appointment with a provider in our Medical Clinic, Women’s Health Services, or Psychological Health and Psychiatry department. Once you have a referral, you can set up an appointment with the dietician by calling 303-492-2030, M-F: 8AM – 5PM.

Students with outside insurance: No referral necessary. Call 303-492-2030 to schedule.

Check-in:
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow enough time to check-in. The receptionist on the third floor can direct you to the self check-in computers. *Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your being rescheduled and a same day cancellation fee of $60.

If you need to cancel your appointment:
Appointments must be cancelled by 5PM the business day before your appointment by calling 303-492-2030.

Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in a $60 charge.
