Victoria Cuellar

Victoria currently serves as the Curcuit Rider Program Manager for the Desert Research Institute. The project methodology provides post-construction support to small water systems/utilities ranging from sophisticated systems in the US to boreholes with hand pumps in developing countries. Victoria has experience as a Project Coordinator and Public Health Analyst for the Center for Disease Control and an Environmental Specialist for the Texas Department of State Health Services. Victoria received has received a Masters in Public Health from Emory University and a B.S. in Biology from Baylor University.
