In-Person Information

We’re looking forward to welcoming you in person in Boulder for the Colorado WASH Symposium! You may find the information below helpful as you plan your stay in Boulder for the conference. 

Airport

The Denver airport is located 38 miles from the conference venue. Uber and Lyft are readily available from the airport. There is also a bus from the airport to downtown Boulder. You can find the schedule and pickup/dropoff locations here. Tickets can be purchased on the RTD MyRide app and cost $10. 

Parking

You must pay to park on East Campus. Parking passes for the conference are available for $10/day, here. Passes are for Lot 556, on CU Boulder's East Campus. More detailed instructions are as follows:

  2. Select the date and confirm parking details
  3. Enter your license plate number, state and email
  4. Enter payment information (you will receive a confirmation email)

Accommodation

There are many accommodation options within close proximity to the conference venue. The conference will be held at the Sustainability, Energy and Environment Community (SEEC) building located at 4001 Discovery Drive, Boulder, 80303. SEEC is approximately a 1.5-mile walk from downtown Boulder or can be reached by car (rental or Uber/Lyft), public transportation, or B-cycle electric bike share. If you have concerns about accessibility or anticipate needing assistance with your travel to the conference or stay in Boulder, please contact washsymposium@colorado.edu and we will be happy to assist.
