Philip K. Darko has a PhD in Hydrogeology and Master of Science in Engineering Geology & Applied Geophysics from the Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Hydrology from the National University of Ireland. Philip is the WASH Program Manager for Catholic Relief Services, Ghana since January 2016. His previous work experiences include Senior Research Scientist for the Water Research Institute of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research in Ghana, WASH Technical Advisor for CRS Ghana, and National Coordinator for the Global Water Initiative (GWI) Program for CRS and CARE International. He also worked as Program Manager of the Ghana Rural Water Project for World Vision International, and as WASH Coordinator for TEARFUND in Liberia, Democratic Republic of Congo and the Central African Republic. He also worked as a Consulting Hydrogeologist with the Stanley Consultants Inc. (USA) in Liberia.
