Hamelmal M. Shegen

Hamelmal M. Shegen is a Civil Engineer with over 4 years of service in the construction industry. Currently she is studying Master's degree in the field of Construction Management at Jimma Institute of Technology, Jimma University. She has a research experience in identifying construction defects that are directly or indirectly related to Water, Sanitation and Hygiene facilities in southwestern Ethiopia.
