Anne Ballard Sara, MPH is a Program Officer II on the Delivering Oral Vaccine Effectively (DOVE) Stop Cholera project at the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. The DOVE project works to ensure that populations at risk of cholera benefit from receiving oral cholera vaccine (OCV) in an appropriate and effective manner. DOVE provides tools and resources to help ministries and agencies make decisions on when, where, and how to use OCV through the website www.StopCholera.org and through Twitter @STOPCholera. Anne leads knowledge management, advocacy and communication initiatives on the use of OCV. She served as a health volunteer in the United States Peace Corps in Guatemala and holds a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University.
