The University of Colorado Connection

AmideBio is a biopharmaceutical spinout company co-founded by Michael Stowell (CU Boulder Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology). AmideBio was launched to commercialize Stowell's proprietary BioPure™ platform technology, a novel and cost-effective method for the recombinant manufacturing of complex, difficult-to-produce peptides and proteins. AmideBio has since expanded its focus to include drug development for metabolic disease, including diabetes.
