1.2—Methods and Formulations for Epigenetic Reprogramming in Regenerative Medicine

Method to improve the cell expansion step during joint regenerative therapies (like MACI therapy) to restore knee or other joint injuries in young, healthy patients, often athletes. An improved method may make the MACI procedure accessible to a broader patient base and/or decrease pain during joint therapy compared with iPSC-based methods. Joint injuries are common in skiers and ultramarathon runners, so this method may be particularly applicable to the Boulder area.
