- The Learning Management System (LMS) Evaluation and Selection Project has completed the initial review of LMS vendor proposals. The following vendors will be invited for campus visits: Moodlerooms by Blackboard, Canvas by Instructure and Brightspace by Desire2Learn.
- Deputy Chief Randy Repola will be leaving University of Colorado Boulder to become the chief of police for the University of Colorado Denver and Anschutz Medical Campus. There will be an open house April 13 to celebrate.
- Don't miss the opportunity to share your latest ed-tech tools and practices at the 2017 Colorado Learning and Teaching with Technology (COLTT) conference. The call for proposals is open through Monday, April 10, 11:59 p.m.
- The annual Boulder Faculty Assembly (BFA) Excellence Awards took place yesterday, April 4, at the University Memorial Center, recognizing faculty members for outstanding work and concerted effort in advancing the mission of the university and the academy at large.
- Are you a problem solver or innovative thinker? Do you want to give back to the university community? Consider nominating yourself or a colleague to be a Boulder Campus Staff Council representative, due April 5.
- The winner of the 2017 Al Nakkula Award for Police Reporting, co-sponsored annually by The Denver Press Club and CU Boulder College of Media, Communication and Information (CMCI), is an investigative team at the Star Tribune in Minneapolis.

- The new 'RIO Bulletin' is part of a streamlined communication strategy ensuring members of the CU Boulder research community can easily find critical information about research funding opportunities and related research support resources.
- Effective April 3, the temporary visitor lot (204) located at Euclid Avenue and 18th Street across from Euclid Parking Garage will return to its weekday-permit holder status. Lot 204 will return as a paystation lot weeknights after 5 p.m. and all day on weekends.
