<p>The University of Colorado Buffaloes will play the University of Southern California Trojans on Friday, Nov. 4, at 7 p.m. at Folsom Field. Folsom Field will open at 5:30 p.m. for the first-ever Friday night game, which will be televised nationally on ESPN and ESPN 3D.</p>

<p>The University of Colorado Boulder will host the Buff Essentials program Sept. 26-30 with numerous events designed to provide support for students a few weeks into the fall semester as they begin adapting and integrating into the CU community.</p>

<p>The University of Colorado Buffaloes vs. Cal-Berkeley Bears football game at Folsom Field on Sept. 10 is technically a nonconference game, but most in the campus community recognize that it's the beginning of a new era.</p>

<p>The University of Colorado Academic Progress Rate (APR) report based on information for the four year period between 2006-07 and 2009-10 was released by the NCAA Tuesday with those of all other Division I schools, with CU's news good across the board, including rates that are the highest in school history since the program was created seven years ago.</p>

<p>With commencement quickly approaching and spring temperatures warming, University of Colorado Boulder senior Bryant Mason is working hard to prepare vegetable gardens and get crops in the ground before he graduates.</p>

<p>Jon Embree, a stalwart tight end for the University of Colorado in the mid-1980s and a one-time assistant coach for the school, has been selected by athletic director Mike Bohn to be the Buffaloes' next head football coach, school officials announced Monday.</p>

<p>The University of Colorado will hold a press conference to announce the hiring of Jon Embree as its 24th full-time head football coach on Monday, December 6. <p>University of Colorado athletic director Mike Bohn announced Tuesday morning that Dan Hawkins has been relieved of his duties as head football coach of the Buffaloes effective immediately.</p>

<p>University of Colorado at Boulder officials are urging CU students and other fans to arrive early for Saturday's football game between CU and Georgia at Folsom Field, and to be on their best behavior.</p>

<p>The Big 12 announced it has reached agreement with the University of Colorado regarding its withdrawal from the Conference effective June 30, 2011, subject to final approval from the other 10 school's governing boards.</p>
